- Deliveries are applicable to locations in Singapore only.
- All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars and includes delivery charges. All prices are subject to prevailing taxes.
- Orders are only be processed during these hours:
- Monday ~ Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm
- Delivery is also available on Sundays and Public Holidays.
- However orders must be sent by Friday, 6pm for delivery on a Sunday; or by the eve, 6pm for delivery on a Public Holiday.
- Orders confirmed are non-refundable.
- Orders submitted via Internet maybe followed up by a phone call from a Ji Mei Staff to confirm the status of the order.
- A surcharge of SGD$30 will be imposed for every redirection and second attempt delivery.
- Ji Mei Flower reserves the right to substitute flowers and/or materials of equivalent value in the event that the flowers and/or materials featured is/are unavailable at the time of ordering. All flowers and materials featured on this website represent the types Ji Mei offers and may vary depending upon availability and season.
